Rugby Coaching Weeks

1. Payment will be made in advance, and indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


2. Cancellations must be made in writing, and will be acknowledged by us.
1. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the start date may be transferred to another week, subject to a £10 handling charge.
2. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start date, which are not transferred, will receive a 75% refund.
3. Cancellations of made more than 7 days prior to the start date, which are not transferred, will receive a 25% refund.
3. We reserve the right to cancel coaching weeks. In the event of a cancellation you can transfer to another week, or receive a full refund.
4. We reserve the right to alter our program of coaching weeks and to change prices at any time.

School and After-school Rugby

1. Payment will be made in advance, and indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Cancellations of any sessions made with more than 48 hours notice may be rescheduled to a mutually convenient date and time.
2. Cancellations of any sessions made with 48 hours or fewer notice, or not rescheduled, will not receive any refund.
3. We reserve the right to cancel coaching sessions. In the event of a cancellation you can reschedule the session, or receive a full refund
